Several parts of our website, including our reservations system, however, may request that you supply us with personal information, including your E-mail address, for purposes such as correspondence, or when requesting a price quote or making an online travel booking.
Using Information
If you provide us with your E-mail address, we may upon occasion send you E-mail offers. We will only use information you have given us for the purpose of sending you advertising information pertaining to our travel products. Information collected during the online booking process is solely used for the administration of your vacation package with All Inclusive Reservations, Inc. / Travel Impressions. We never sell or provide the information obtained on this site to a third party.
Declining E-mail Offers
Our site provides customers with an easy means to decline receiving E-mail offers. At any time, you may request to discontinue receiving these offers from us by simply replying to the E-mail and informing us of your preferences. All E-mail offers that you receive from All Inclusive Reservations, Inc. will inform you of how to decline receiving further E-mail advertisements.
Booking Policies
Passenger names given to our reservations agents OR entered onto this web site’s booking engine- must match the spelling as it appears on your valid US Passport. US citizens traveling outside of the US will require a valid passport, including Mexico and Caribbean. US citizens traveling within the US will require a government issued photo ID. ( valid Drivers License )
Some international destinations may require a visa, please check with the destination's tourist board for entry requirements. Non-US citizens should contact the destination's tourist board for entry requirements.
Due to constant changes in airfare prices and hotel specials, all quotes are subject to availability and subject to change until a deposit is made.
If you have not paid in full for your airline tickets, airlines may impose fuel surcharges or possible fare increases. If you have made your reservations on our booking engine, please contact us. We will advise you properly. These decisions and policies are set by the airlines and not by All Inclusive Reservations Inc.
Deposits: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express may only be used.
Full payment: The above credit cards may be used, or Cashier's checks or money orders.
If sending a personal check, please mail this to us a minimum of 14 days prior to the due date. Please review the following information before making a reservation:
Revisions and Changes
Any revisions or changes made to a reservation are subject to a $50.00 change fee in addition to any other supplier fees.
Supplier fees: Revision or change fees vary based on the type of airline ticket booked, if ticketing has been completed or if the change occurs within the hotel's cancellation period. Revision or change fees are charged when any name, hotel, date or room category has been changed after deposit has been received. ( airline tickets are non refundable & airlines do not accept name changes. )
Prior to purchasing airline tickets: $25.00 per change, plus any increase in fare. Exceptions include holiday travel and any special promotions. Fees could be as high as $150 or more per person plus any increase in airfare or hotel costs. Fee amounts are subject to change. After purchasing airline tickets and paying in full for your trip: Several fees may be incurred- If airline tickets are involved, airlines fees between $ 100.-- $150 per ticket, plus any increase in airfare will apply to exchanged tickets. Depending on change, hotel fees, re issuing of document fees and possible over night fees may be incurred. We will advise you of all fee’s prior to making your change. Fee amounts are subject to change.
Cancellation Charges
* Once a deposit has been placed on a reservation the following cancellation penalties apply:
46 days or more prior to departure: from $50.00 per person up to the full amount paid.
45-22 days prior to departure: from $100.00 per person up to the full amount paid.
21-0 days prior to departure: from $150.00 per person up to the full amount paid.
* Once a booking has been paid in full, the following cancellation penalties apply:

Airline tickets are completely non refundable.
Hotel cancellation penalties vary depending on travel dates. We will advise you accordingly.
Penalties up to the full amount paid may apply over holidays, peak periods and promotional
sales.

We offer several types of policies, we urge you to consider this one:
Travel Insurance: from $ 129.00 -- $ 150.00 per person
CANCEL FOR ANY REASON WAIVER &TRAVEL PROTECTION PLAN
If you are forced to cancel your vacation FOR ANY REASON prior to your original scheduled flight departure time, Travel Impressions will refund your
money in full with the exception of the cost of this plan. Additional features:
* Trip Interruption---up to total cost of trip * Trip Delay---up to $ 200.00
* Baggage Protection---baggage delay $ 100.00 & or personal effects up to $ 800.00
* Medical Protection---sickness $ 5,000.00 and or accident $ 5,000.
* Trip Interruption-- If You are prevented from continuing Your Trip due to Injury, Sickness, or death to You, a Traveling Companion, or a member of Your Immediate Family, the Insurer will pay benefits up to the total Trip cost for unused, non-refundable air & hotel expenses.
Terms and Conditions
RESPONSIBILITY - This agency acts as a representative and agent for airlines and hotels, in selling services, or in accepting reservations for services which are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air transportation, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, etc.). This agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for any personal injuries, death, property damage, accident, disruption of travel, change of itinerary, irregularity, loss or delay, to you or your travel companions or group members, resulting from : (1) breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on the part of such supplier (2) any defect in any means of transportation; (3) terrorist activities, political or social unrest, labor problems, mechanical or construction difficulties, monetary crises, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments; or (4) any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the travel agent's control. By embarking upon his/her travel the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risks, and advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them, including but not limited to travel medical insurance, lost & damaged baggage insurance, and/or trip cancellation insurance. Your retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereto to your travel companions or group members.
General Travel Information
We strongly recommend that all passengers check in for their respective flights at:
3 hours prior for all International flights……Mexico & Caribbean Islands.
2 hours prior for all Domestic flights…….Hawaii
ENTRY REQUIRMENTS-
ALL passengers, adults & children, traveling to and from the Caribbean, and Mexico are required to have a valid US Passport.
Passports may be acquired by visiting a passport agency or the local post office. You may download and print a US Passport Application from www.travel.state.gov . Passports may be expedited for a fee. Birth certificates are NOT an acceptable form of identification for travel. A valid US Passport is mandatory.
Travel to Costa Rica requires a passport that is valid for 6 months after scheduled travel dates.
For travel to Hawaii, a valid US Driver’s License is acceptable.
It is the responsibility of all traveling parties to verify that all requirements are met for admission into the destination country. Please visit www.travel.state.gov for specific information and requirements for your destination.
All Inclusive Reservations, the tour operator, airline or hotel will be unable to process a refund, due to your failure to bring proper documentation when checking in for your flight.
If you are NOT a US Citizen, please check with the appropriate consulate or tourist board regarding entry requirements. Please do this PRIOR to making reservations. A driver’s license or birth certificate is not acceptable documentation.
Island Departure Taxes
When purchasing an airline ticket thru All Inclusive Reservations, Inc. or the booking engine on this site, US and Destination Departure Taxes are included for: all Mexico destinations, Jamaica, Nassau, Aruba, Turks & Caicos and Punta Cana.
All other destinations will require you to pay a departure tax, in cash when leaving the island. At the time of this writing, the following islands have departure taxes of: Antigua & Barbados $ 20.00 per person, Curacao, Grenada, St. Maarten & St. Lucia $ 22.00 per person.
Dominican Republic---Punta Cana, Puerto Plata or La Romana---require purchasing a tourist card upon arrival. $ 10.00 per person.
