Privacy Policy

Thank you for searching on All Inclusive Reservations. com.  We respect your privacy and we have the most up to date security features on this web site.  All Inclusive Reservations, Inc. will only distribute to other sources the necessary information to secure your vacation reservations.  All airline reservations require your first, middle, last name & birthday.  Hotels and transportation companies are only given your first & last names.  Credit card information and email addresses remain secure and private.

Collection of Information: 
Our booking engine requires certain information that will be passed on to the appropriate entity.
( example---as mentioned above, your names & birthday to airlines)
Credit card information is passed onto the tour company / Travel Impressions who also values your privacy and security.  Your credit card will only be used for the particular vacation you are purchasing.  Our system only retains your last 4 numbers--for comparison purposes only.
Your email address will be used for correspondence reasons regarding your vacation.  We will retain your email address for future advertisement reasons.

Advertisement Policy:
When entering your email onto your reservation, you are agreeing to correspondence from All Inclusive Reservations, Inc.  Upon receipt of an email advertisement, you have the opportunity to "opt out".
Upon receipt of your "opt out" notice, we remove your email immediately.

 

Booking Policies

All airlines require First, Middle & Last Names--as they appear on your valid US Passport.
Please be sure your passport has not expired.  Certain destinations require your US Passport to be valid 6 months past your travel date. US citizens traveling outside of the US will require a valid passport, including travel to Mexico and the Caribbean Islands. US citizens traveling within the US will require a government issued photo ID. ( valid Drivers License )
Some international destinations may require a visa, please check with the destination's tourist board for entry requirements. Non-US citizens should contact the destination's tourist board for entry requirements.

Due to constant changes in airfare prices and hotel specials, all quotes are subject to availability and subject to change until a deposit is made.
If you have not paid in full for your airline tickets, airlines may impose fuel surcharges or possible fare increases. If you have made your reservations on our booking engine, please contact us.  We will advise you properly.  These policies are set by the airlines and not by All Inclusive Reservations Inc.

Deposits:  Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express may only be used. 
Full payment:  The above credit cards may be used, or you may mail us a bank check or money order.
If sending a personal check, please mail this to us a minimum of 14 days prior to the due date.  Please review the following information before making a reservation:

Revisions and Changes: 

Airlines:
  most airline tickets must be purchased in full at the time of reservation, airline tickets are nonrefundable and names may not be changed.
Hotels:  every hotel has a different " cancellation period"...most resorts charge a 1-3 cancellation fee, if you cancel your reservations 7-21 days prior. 
Please email or call us....we will provide you with the correct policy for your particular situation.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended---it covers the above costs !
Tour Company:  your reservations are made thru a tour company called Travel Impressions--any changes made to a reservation are subject to a $50.00 per peson change fee.


Cancellation Fees:
Once a deposit has been placed on a reservation the following cancellation penalties apply:

46 days or more prior to departure:   from $50.00 per person up to the full amount paid.
45-22 days prior to departure:   from $100.00 per person up to the full amount paid.
21-0 days prior to departure:   from $150.00 per person up to the full amount paid.

Once a booking has been paid in full, the following cancellation penalties apply:

The charges listed above PLUS:
Airline tickets are non refundable.
Hotel cancellation penalties vary depending on travel dates.  We will advise you accordingly.
Penalties up to the full amount paid may apply over holidays, peak periods and promotional
sales.

We Highly recommend Cancel For Any Reason Travel Protection
The cost of Cancel For Any Reason Travel Protection varies based on the value of your trip.
Policies start for as little as $ 49.00 each and may cost as much as $ 179.00 each.
Policy Coverage:
If you are forced to cancel your vacation FOR ANY REASON prior to your original scheduled flight departure time, Travel Impressions will refund your airline & hotel package money in full !
( cost of protection plan is not refundable ) 
PLUS---Additional features:
*  Trip Interruption---up to total cost of trip    *  Trip Delay---up to $ 200.00    
*  Baggage Protection---baggage delay $ 100.00 & or personal effects up to $ 800.00
*  Medical Protection---sickness  $ 5,000.00  and or accident  $ 5,000.
*  Trip Interruption-- If you are prevented from continuing your Trip due to Injury, Sickness, or death to you, a Traveling Companion, or a member of your Immediate Family, the Insurer will pay benefits up to the total Trip cost for unused, non-refundable air & hotel expenses.


Terms and Conditions

RESPONSIBILITY - All Inclusive Reservations, Inc. does not own or operate, nor is it responsible for the acts or omissions of any of the suppliers which will provide goods and services in connection with the trip or for any option you may have chosen to purchase.  Accordingly, participants agree to seek remedies directly with the supplier and not hold All Inclusive Reservations, Inc. responsible or liable for absence of, or negligence or willful misconduct. This agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, delay, expense or damage which results directly or indirectly from any action or omission, whether negligent, criminal or otherwise--resulting from any entity providing goods or services in connection with the trip.  Examples include--quality of services, cleanliness of hotel, hotel over booking, cancellation of services, cessation of operations, accidents, failure of equipment, changes in fares, itineraries or schedules or any flight delay.  Participants also agree not to hold All Inclusive Reservations, Inc. liable for circumstances beyond their control.  Examples include--Acts Of God, fires, earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, climatic aberrations, acts of governmental authorities, civil unrest, strikes, riots, theft, disease, accidents or failures related to the public internet, telecommunications lines or facilities, or third party technology systems, piracy or terrorism.
Participants acknowledge that All Inclusive Reservations, Inc. have not made any representations or promises with respect to the trip except as expressly set forth on your confirmation.

Airport---TSA---Required Check In Times:
We strongly recommend that all passengers check in for their respective flights at:
Mexico, Caribbean Islands & Costa Rica =   3 hours prior
Valid US Passport required.
Hawaii = 2 hours prior
Valid Driver's License required.

Entry Requirements- Mexico, Caribbean Islands & Costa Rica:
Valid US Passport required for "every" person, including babies.

Passports may be acquired by visiting a passport agency or the local post office.  You may download and print a US Passport Application from  www.travel.state.gov .  Passports may be expedited for a fee.  Birth certificates are NOT an acceptable form of identification for travel. A valid US Passport is mandatory.

Travel to Costa Rica requires a passport that is valid for 6 months after scheduled travel dates.

For travel to Hawaii, a valid US Driver’s License is acceptable.

It is the responsibility of all traveling parties to verify that all requirements are met for admission into the destination country. Please visit  www.travel.state.gov for specific information and requirements for your destination. 

All Inclusive Reservations Inc, the tour operator, airline or hotel will be unable to process a refund, due to your failure to bring proper documentation when checking in for your flight.

If you are NOT a US Citizen, please check with the appropriate consulate or tourist board regarding entry requirements.  Please do this PRIOR to making reservations.  A driver’s license or birth certificate is not acceptable documentation.

Island Departure Taxes

When purchasing an airline ticket thru All Inclusive Reservations, Inc.  or the booking engine on this site, US and Destination Departure Taxes are included for:  all Mexico destinations, Jamaica, Nassau, Aruba, Turks & Caicos and the Dominican Republic--Punta Cana, Puerto Plata & La Romana.

All other destinations will require you to pay a departure tax, in cash when leaving the island.  At the time of this writing, the following islands have departure taxes of:  Antigua  $ 20.00, Barbados $ 27.50, Curacao $ 22.00, St. Lucia $ 26.00 & St. Maarten $ 30.00 per person.
Costa Rica $ 26.00 each.

Dominican Republic---Punta Cana, Puerto Plata or La Romana---require purchasing a tourist card upon arrival.  $ 10.00 per person.
